Space Molded

the space between floor and baseboard moldings?
What is the best product to fill the gaps between where the bottom the baseboard meets the wall hardwood floors (the floors are old and slightly wavy, so there are gaps created and I have a funny feeling bugs and cold air can get to the bottom) *** Please note the basic tips are already molding shoes. The differences are enclosed. I recommended caulking or insulation pieces hammered
If the wood and the shoe has been painted then yes the application of a putty own correspondents would be the best way to fill gaps wavy. Remember the most important thing on the caulking is a good damp cloth not wet or spong to wipe your finger on as you wipe the excess putty, also the finger should be moist for caulking will not stick to it, but slipping beneath it. If everything is stained wood, not much to do but live with it.
